The client portal in Dubai, everything about the house in one place.
Every 1Install system comes with its own client portal. Your family office, your house manager and you can see every invoice, every visit, every drawing and the live status of the system, from any device, in English or Arabic.
What the client portal holds
- Every invoice and a way to settle it online
- Full service history with signed off reports
- Proposals, project progress and weekly updates
- Live system status and one tap reboots
- Floor plans, as built drawings, backups and manuals
- Support tickets and live chat with our engineers
Built for family offices and house managers
Dubai residences are often run by a house manager and paid for by a family office. The smart home client portal gives each the view they need: the manager raises a ticket and sees the engineer's visit, the family office sees the invoice and the report, and the owner sees everything, with nothing lost in email.
FAQ
Questions we are often asked
Is the portal included?
Yes. The smart home client portal is included with every system we install in Dubai and with every system we take over, for as long as you are a client.
Can more than one person have access?
Yes. A Dubai residence usually has the owner, a house manager and a family office in the client portal, each with their own login and the right level of access.
Is it in Arabic?
Yes. The client portal for our Dubai clients works in Arabic and English, and each user chooses their own language.
Can I reboot the system from it?
Yes. The smart home client portal shows the live status of your Dubai system and lets you restart the processor, the network or a single room with one tap, before you ever need to call.
