Offices in London, Ireland and Dubai
Home network and WiFi in Dubai, the foundation of everything.
Every system in a smart residence runs on the network. We design and install it ourselves, with cabling drawn before first fix, coverage that reaches the pool and the staff block, and security that keeps the cameras and the family's devices apart.
A network built like an office, hidden like a home
A Dubai villa of 15,000 square feet with stone walls, three floors and a pool pavilion defeats any consumer router. Our home network and WiFi designs use Ubiquiti and Cisco switching, ceiling access points in every zone and fibre between buildings, planned on the drawings with a heat map before anyone orders a cable.
The cameras, the staff devices, the guests and the family each sit on their own network, so a visitor's phone never sees the CCTV and a compromised gadget cannot reach the control system. Du or Etisalat fibre comes in at one point and we take it from there.
What our home networks include
- Cabling schedule and containment drawn before first fix
- WiFi coverage to every room, the garden, the pool and the staff block
- Separate secure networks for family, guests, staff and cameras
- Fibre between the main house, the majlis and outbuildings
- Dual internet with automatic failover for the control system
- Monitored around the clock by 1Install Care
Cameras, intercom and access on the same backbone
The network carries the gate intercom, the cameras, the door locks and the alarm panel as well as the family's streaming. We install Hikvision and Axis cameras, 2N and Doorbird intercoms and access control that opens from the touch screen or the phone, all recorded locally in the rack.
FAQ
Questions we are often asked
Why does a smart villa need a professional network?
Because lighting, climate, cameras, audio and video all travel over it. A home network in a Dubai villa carries hundreds of devices, and a consumer router drops them one by one until nothing is reliable.
Will WiFi reach the pool and the staff accommodation?
Yes. We plan WiFi coverage for Dubai residences from a heat map of the drawings and run fibre to outbuildings, so the pool pavilion and the staff block get the same signal as the living room.
Can you work with Du or Etisalat?
Yes. For a home network in Dubai we take the fibre from Du or Etisalat at one entry point, add a second line where the owner wants failover, and build everything behind it ourselves.
Is the network secure?
Yes. Every home network we install in Dubai separates family, guests, staff and cameras, uses enterprise firewalls and is kept updated by our 1Install Care team rather than left as it was on handover day.
