Commercial
Commercial AV in Dubai, specified properly, delivered on programme.
Boardrooms that join a call in one touch, lighting that follows the working day, signage that is managed from one screen and hotel rooms that greet the guest. We bring the same British engineering we give the largest residences to Dubai's commercial buildings.
One integrator for the whole building
Commercial AV in Dubai is usually split between a lighting contractor, an AV contractor, a signage supplier and a BMS specialist who never meet. We take the whole technology package: design with the consultant, coordination with the MEP and fit out contractors, installation by our own engineers and support after handover.
We are Crestron, Control4, KNX and Lutron certified and we work with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Q-SYS, Biamp, Shure and Samsung and LG commercial displays. Our commercial work in London includes headquarters buildings, flagship retail and estates of eighty meeting rooms, and we bring that experience to Dubai.

- Developer specification for branded residences and towers
- Structured cabling, networks and room booking
Working with consultants and contractors
We join the project where it helps most: at concept with the consultant to write a specification that can actually be built, at tender with drawings and a BOQ the main contractor can price, and on site with a programme that fits the fit out rather than fighting it. Our documentation is handed over complete, in English and Arabic where required.
FAQ
Questions we are often asked
What size of commercial project do you take on?
Our commercial AV work in Dubai starts at a single boardroom for a significant client and runs to whole towers. We take on projects where design quality matters more than the lowest tender price.
Can you work to a consultant's specification?
Yes, and we prefer to help write it. For commercial AV in Dubai we review the specification, flag anything that will not work in practice and price exactly what is drawn.
Do you support the systems after handover?
Yes. Every commercial AV system we install in Dubai can be covered by 1Install Care, with remote monitoring of every room and an engineer on site when a room needs one.
Are you a Microsoft Teams Rooms integrator?
Yes. Our commercial AV engineers in Dubai design and certify Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms with Crestron, Logitech, Neat, Poly and Yealink hardware, and we have delivered estates of them in London.
