Offices in London, Ireland and Dubai
Crestron in Dubai, programmed by the people who install it.
Crestron is the platform we have built the largest residences on since 2005. In Dubai it is our first recommendation for palaces, estates and signature penthouses where the interface has to be bespoke and the system has to run for decades.
Why Crestron for a Dubai residence
Crestron Home gives an owner one interface for lighting, shading, climate, audio, video, security and the pool, on touch screens, keypads and the phone, and it scales from a penthouse to a palace with a hundred rooms. Our Crestron engineers in Dubai write the programme in house, so changes are days away rather than months.
We use Crestron DM NVX for video around the house, Crestron shading motors on the largest glazing, Horizon keypads engraved to the interior designer's layout and Crestron Flex in the home office and the boardroom. Everything is documented and backed up to your client portal.
Crestron systems we install
- Crestron Home OS whole residence control
- Horizon and Cameo keypads, engraved and backlit
- Crestron lighting and shading with tunable white
- DM NVX 4K video over IP to every screen
- Crestron Flex for Teams and Zoom rooms
- Takeovers of existing Crestron systems left without a programmer
Crestron support in Dubai, from the UAE, UK and Ireland
A Crestron system is only as good as the people behind it. Ours is monitored by 1Install Care from three countries, so a fault in a Dubai villa at three in the morning is seen by an engineer in London before the family wakes, and the code and backups are always in your hands.
FAQ
Questions we are often asked
Is Crestron too much for a penthouse?
No. Crestron Home in a Dubai penthouse is the same quality of interface as in a palace, just with fewer rooms. Where the budget is tighter we will tell you if Control4 is the better fit.
Who programs the Crestron system?
Our own Crestron certified programmers. Every Crestron system in Dubai is written by 1Install, documented and backed up, and the source stays with the owner.
Can you take over an existing Crestron installation?
Yes. Crestron takeovers are a large part of our work in Dubai. We audit the system, recover or rebuild the programme and bring it up to Crestron Home where the hardware allows.
Does Crestron work with my air conditioning?
Yes. Our Crestron systems in Dubai integrate Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Samsung and Gree VRF through their gateways, so every zone appears on the Crestron screens.
