Shading is the first system we design in Dubai
In most climates shading is a finishing touch. In Dubai it decides how the house feels and how hard the air conditioning works, so our motorised blinds and curtains are designed with the climate system from the first drawing, façade by façade.
We are Lutron shading specialists and we also fit Crestron and Somfy motors where a fabric house or a specific track needs them. Pelmets, recesses and power are set out with the architect so nothing is visible except the fabric.

Do motorised blinds really cut the air conditioning load?
Yes. Motorised blinds and curtains that close on the sunny façade before the room heats up keep the glass cooler, so the air conditioning in a Dubai villa runs less and the rooms stay even. It is the single most effective link we make.
Can the curtains be silent in a bedroom?
Our motorised curtains in Dubai bedrooms use Lutron and Crestron quiet drive tracks, so a blackout layer can close at bedtime without waking anyone. We demonstrate the sound level in our showroom visit before you choose.
Can shading be added to an existing villa?
Yes. Battery and wireless Lutron shades fit an existing Dubai villa without chasing walls, and we can fit motorised tracks inside most existing pelmets. A new build lets us hide everything in the ceiling.
Who supplies the fabric?
For motorised shading in Dubai the fabric usually comes through your interior designer or our fabric partners, and we supply the motors, tracks and control. Either way we check every fabric weight against the motor before ordering.
