Privacy and cookies

When you send an enquiry or a budget we receive your name, phone number, email address, the community and property type you enter, and the message or room list you write. We use it to call you back and to prepare a proposal, and for nothing else.

Enquiries are stored in the 1Install client portal and our customer relationship system, which are run by 1Install companies in the UK and Ireland on servers in the European Union, and are seen only by the 1Install team working on your enquiry. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

This site sets no cookies until you choose to accept them. If you accept, one Google Analytics cookie is set so we can see which pages are read. The budget builder keeps your room list in your own browser's storage, which never leaves your device until you send it.

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, through the enquiry form on this site or through WhatsApp, and we will do so within thirty days.
