We install Lutron, Crestron, KNX and Rako lighting control in Dubai and we are certified on all four. The platform follows the house: Lutron and Crestron for the largest estates, KNX where the developer or consultant has specified it, Rako where a wireless retrofit suits an existing villa.

Which lighting control brand is best for a Dubai villa?
For lighting control in Dubai we recommend Lutron or Crestron on the largest villas, KNX where the consultant has specified a KNX backbone, and Rako for a wireless upgrade of an existing home. We are certified on all four and we recommend after seeing the drawings.
Can lighting control be added to a finished villa?
Yes. Wireless lighting control from Lutron or Rako fits behind existing switch plates, so a finished Dubai villa can have scenes and keypads without opening walls. A full wired system is better for a new build or a major refurbishment.
Do you work with my interior designer on the keypads?
Always. Keypad finishes, button layouts and engraving are agreed with your interior designer in our interactive proposal, room by room, before anything is ordered for your Dubai home.
Can the lighting be controlled when we are abroad?
Yes. Every lighting control system we install in Dubai is reachable from the owner's phone anywhere in the world, and our 1Install Care team monitors it while the house is empty over the summer.
