Smart home installers in Downtown Dubai, done properly.
1Install designs and installs smart home systems in Downtown Dubai for owners who expect the house to run itself and the technology to stay out of sight.
Homes in Downtown Dubai
Downtown Dubai penthouses have floor to ceiling glass on three sides and the Burj Khalifa in the window, and most are refurbished rather than built. We design around the building's constraints: wireless Lutron or Rako lighting where rewiring is not allowed, motorised shading rated for the tower's glazing and audio and video that fit the slab to slab height.
FAQ
Questions we are often asked
Do you offer proposals in Arabic for Downtown Dubai clients?
Yes. Every interactive proposal for a Downtown Dubai residence is available in Arabic and English, with the same products, prices in AED and terms in each.
What is the minimum project you take on in Downtown Dubai?
Our residential projects in Downtown Dubai, as everywhere in Dubai, start from AED 750,000 of technology, because every house gets a senior engineer, in house programming and full documentation.
How do you handle the summer heat in Downtown Dubai homes?
Shading that closes before the sun reaches the glass, air conditioning control zone by zone and setbacks while the family is away are standard in every Downtown Dubai design we produce.
Do you install Crestron and Control4 in Downtown Dubai?
Yes. We design Crestron, Control4, KNX, Lutron and Rako systems for homes in Downtown Dubai, and we recommend between them after seeing the drawings and meeting the family.
