Homes in Jumeirah Bay Island
Jumeirah Bay Island is a small number of very large homes on a private island, most of them designed from scratch by international architects. Our work on Jumeirah Bay starts at concept with the architect, so plant rooms, risers and ceiling voids are sized for the technology before the structure is drawn.
FAQ
Questions we are often asked
Can you take over an existing system in Jumeirah Bay Island?
Yes. Takeovers are common in Jumeirah Bay Island, where installers have left systems unfinished or locked. We audit, report and rebuild at a fixed price.
How do you handle the summer heat in Jumeirah Bay Island homes?
Shading that closes before the sun reaches the glass, air conditioning control zone by zone and setbacks while the family is away are standard in every Jumeirah Bay Island design we produce.
Do you offer proposals in Arabic for Jumeirah Bay Island clients?
Yes. Every interactive proposal for a Jumeirah Bay Island residence is available in Arabic and English, with the same products, prices in AED and terms in each.
Do you work with the architects and designers on Jumeirah Bay Island projects?
Always. For Jumeirah Bay Island residences we join the architect and interior designer at concept and give them drawings they can place, so the technology fits the scheme.
