Homes in Jumeirah Golf Estates
Jumeirah Golf Estates villas look onto the fairways through large rear elevations, and families here spend their evenings on the terrace. Our systems for Jumeirah Golf Estates put the emphasis outside: pool and garden audio, façade and landscape lighting on sunset timers and shading that opens the view as the sun drops.
FAQ
Questions we are often asked
Can you do the cinema and the audio as well as the control in Jumeirah Golf Estates?
Yes. Our Jumeirah Golf Estates projects usually include multi room audio, media walls and often a dedicated cinema, all on the same control system as the lighting and climate.
What is the minimum project you take on in Jumeirah Golf Estates?
Our residential projects in Jumeirah Golf Estates, as everywhere in Dubai, start from AED 750,000 of technology, because every house gets a senior engineer, in house programming and full documentation.
Do you work with the architects and designers on Jumeirah Golf Estates projects?
Always. For Jumeirah Golf Estates residences we join the architect and interior designer at concept and give them drawings they can place, so the technology fits the scheme.
Can you take over an existing system in Jumeirah Golf Estates?
Yes. Takeovers are common in Jumeirah Golf Estates, where installers have left systems unfinished or locked. We audit, report and rebuild at a fixed price.
