Smart home installers in Palm Jumeirah, done properly.
Our British engineers work in Palm Jumeirah on new builds, refurbishments and takeovers of systems that were never finished properly.
Homes in Palm Jumeirah
Palm Jumeirah homes face the water on one side and the sun on the other, with frond villas and signature villas that open onto private beaches through walls of glass. Shading that tracks the afternoon sun, outdoor audio and lighting that survive the salt air, and air conditioning control that copes with doors open to the terrace are the systems we design first here.
FAQ
Questions we are often asked
Can you take over an existing system in Palm Jumeirah?
Yes. Takeovers are common in Palm Jumeirah, where installers have left systems unfinished or locked. We audit, report and rebuild at a fixed price.
Do you install Crestron and Control4 in Palm Jumeirah?
Yes. We design Crestron, Control4, KNX, Lutron and Rako systems for homes in Palm Jumeirah, and we recommend between them after seeing the drawings and meeting the family.
Can you do the cinema and the audio as well as the control in Palm Jumeirah?
Yes. Our Palm Jumeirah projects usually include multi room audio, media walls and often a dedicated cinema, all on the same control system as the lighting and climate.
Do you work with the architects and designers on Palm Jumeirah projects?
Always. For Palm Jumeirah residences we join the architect and interior designer at concept and give them drawings they can place, so the technology fits the scheme.
